Blooming in March are early bulbs like daffodils and crocuses – in the gardens and all over town. Spring-blooming native perennials are showing off in the National Arboretum’s Fern Valley.
Two of DC’s major garden attractions are amazing all year long. They are the world-famous Bonsai and Penjing Museum and the Gotelli Dwarf Conifer Collection, both at the National Arboretum.
